Please use this form to reserve an exhibit space in Fraser Hall Library. If you have questions, please consult Patty Hoffman, Exhibits Coordinator (hoffman@geneseo.edu or 585-245-5523).

Exhibit Space in Fraser Hall Library Information and Guidelines:
-- Multiple exhibit spaces are available. Please refer to this guide to find more information about the available spaces: https://go.geneseo.edu/library_exhibit_spaces
-- Please submit reservation requests as early as possible. The start of the semester is the ideal to make a reservation request as exhibit spaces can be in high demand.
-- Exhibitors are encouraged to incorporate Library materials/information as appropriate, and to seek assistance from a librarian.
-- Exhibitors must provide contextualizing information about their display, including title, captions, and general description/summary. The Library will also use this information to create signage, social media posts, and other modes of promotion.
-- The Library can provide:
--- thumbtacks/pins
--- book/object supports
--- other materials, based on supply

The Library welcomes all recognized campus clubs and organizations (especially student groups) to use our exhibit space. Please indicate which club, organization, or College department or unit you are representing in submitting a reservation request.
