2023/2024 ERA PTO Board Nomination Form
Please nominate yourself or another person to join our  2023/2024   ERA PTO Board.

We are looking for engaged, enthusiastic ERA parents, teachers, and staff to join us to fulfill our mission of creating fun student events and supporting our teachers. No experience is necessary, just a desire to have fun, meet others, and serve our community!

Please note, this is only a guide, as our group thrives on flexibility, teamwork, and fun!

Nominations are due by May 28, 2023, and the new board will be voted on by attendees at our PTO Quarterly Community Meeting on May 30, 2023 at 6pm-8pm at Eagle Ridge Academy Forum area.

Attendance is not mandatory but preferred.
