Once you complete this form, we will send you an email to confirm that your RentReporters dashboard has been re-activated.  From there, you will be able to enroll in RentCheck and update your billing information (if necessary) so that we can get started on your rent verification.

Our $25 reactivation fee will be charged to the billing information we previously had on file for you.  Please note that an additional $50 will apply if you have acquired a new rental address since we last updated your account.
