Offsite Programs must be booked at least two weeks ahead of time. If you are looking for a date within two weeks, please speak with a Reservationist at (407) 514-2112 prior to submitting a form. Offsite Programs are not finalized until you receive a booking confirmation email from the Orlando Science Center. Confirmations will be sent within two weeks of submitting this form.
This form is not an inquiry. By submitting this form, you are agreeing to a non-refundable deposit (20% of the program cost). The deposit is due within two weeks of the confirmation. Programming is subject to availability. If you plan to use a purchase order for this program in lieu of a deposit, you may submit a copy to us by email at
classes@osc.org or by fax at (407) 514-2067. Credit card payment can be submitted over the phone by contacting (407) 514-2112. All other payments can be mailed to:

Program prices do not include mileage fees. The mileage fee is $1.90 per mile, each way.
