Blue Jackets Application 2020
 Applications are due submitted by September 21st at 5:00 pm CST.

1.  The purpose is to provide SD FFA members with their own FFA jacket.
2.  Open to all agricultural education students who are active SD FFA members and don't currently have an FFA jacket. Preference is given to students grades 9-11. The Foundation will only award one jacket to a student over the course of their FFA membership.
3.  Jacket winners (through their chapter advisors) will be presented with a gift card/code to the National FFA Supply Service to be used to order their FFA jacket, that covers the cost of the jacket, a tie/scarf and shipping.  Each recipient is expected to write a thank you to the sponsor.
4.  Judges will be selected by the Foundation Director. The number of winners will be based on the number of jackets sponsored.
 5.  *** If student does not maintain FFA membership and participate for at least two years after receiving jacket, the jacket becomes the property of their local FFA chapter.  
6. Chapter advisors approve all applicants as viable from their chapter before final selection occurs.
