Hayden's Hope Foundation - Mental Health Supports for Parents & Caregivers
Hayden's Hope Foundation wants to support pediatric oncology parents or immediate caregivers in Southwestern Ontario accessing mental health and wellness supports. This includes costs associated with psychologists, clinical counselling, health & wellness (physical therapy, massage, acupuncture), etc.  Up to $500 is available per eligible family per year.

To access funding, please complete this short intake form.  Hayden's Hope Foundation will review all applications within 48 hours. Once approved and services are received, receipts for approved costs should be emailed to Hayden's Hope Foundation within 7 days of receipt of funds.

Information shared here is considered confidential and only reviewed by members of the HHF team.  The HHF team will also never contact your medical or health care providers for information.

* For the purposes of funding, a caregiver is defined as an immediate family member who regularly looks after or supports the child

** When seeking out therapy and services, parents/caregivers are encouraged to ask service providers if they offer a sliding scale or discounted rate
