2021 Saratoga Springs Programming
Thank you for registering for classes for Ballet in the City's 2021 Saratoga Residency, which is the organization's Fifth Year Anniversary of presenting programming in wonderful Saratoga Springs, New York, the summer home of the New York City Ballet, and a city that loves ballet and the arts!

**PLEASE READ PRIOR TO REGISTERING**

Please indicate for EACH CLASS if you would like to register (YES, I would like to attend) or if you do not (NO, thank you). This allows us to ensure each class option has been seen and choices have been made, which streamlines registration.

All payments for all classes are DUE IN FULL NO LATER than Tuesday, July 6, 2021. Outstanding Invoices past Tuesday, July 6, 2021 will be assessed a 15% late fee. All Invoices not paid as of 11:59pm on July 9, 2021 will be canceled and places in classes and activities will be lost. Invoices will be issued as soon as possible following registration.

ALL ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMMING PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Additionally, classes may NOT be "exchanged" one for another. Once you have registered for a class, you have committed to it and cannot use funds remitted toward one class in payment for another. If you are unable to attend a class for which you have registered, those funds are not refundable or transferrable to another class.

PLEASE NOTE: Space for this programming is extremely limited and is available on a first come, first serve basis. Registration/ places in classes are held ONLY after payment in-full is made. Classes at capacity will be noted on the form as "CLOSED". Once you register (registration form completed in full and invoice paid) for programming, you will be added to Ballet in the City's 2021 Saratoga Springs Programming Email List. All additional "pop up" classes added to the schedule will be emailed to those registered and availability will open to those on the list only.*

NOTE REGARDING CLASS LEVELS: Please note that classes for which you register are completely at your discretion. Teachers will teach in accordance to the level they assess best for the class, and will suggest accommodations appropriately if needed. Please feel free to register for any class you feel is appropriate for you/ your dancer. There are no age or ability requirements or restrictions.

*While every effort will be made to maintain all details, times and dancers are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. All participants will be informed by Ballet in the City staff immediately if changes are made. ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES
DATE(S) TBA due to Dance Museum Scheduling Delays: Ballet in the City will arrange one or two groups, led by a docent, for a tour of the National Museum of Dance and Hall of Fame. Dates will be emailed to those who indicate below they would like to attend. Encouraged for those visiting from out of town, especially for the first time! $20. *All details will be emailed to those who indicate below that they would like to attend, at which point you may book your tour if desired.

AVAILABLE ANY DAY: Individual Photo Shoots with Lydia Huibregtse (specific desired locations can be determined with individuals). Several outfits and locations permitted. One hour time slots. Minimum of 20 fully edited digital downloads, flash drive with high resolution printable images can be added for $25. $155 per shoot. Photo Shoots available from July 9- 19, 2021. Once registration is completed, Ballet in the City will reach out to you to schedule your photo shoot. *

Ballet in the City encourages those coming into Saratoga from out of town to take a trip to Saratoga Dance, Etc., Saratoga's local dance store founded by former New York City Ballet dancer Leslie Roy Heck. There will be a small, special discount for Ballet in the City group participants coming into town. Be sure to wear your Ballet in the City shirt outside the store and to snap a photo and send it to angelina@balletinthecity.org so we can share it!

PAYMENT Procedure: Once your registration is submitted, you will receive an Invoice with a total from Ballet in the City. Payment should be made on the Ballet in the City Website's Donate page (link will be on your Invoice). Please pay your Invoice promptly, as programming is ONLY secured after payment.
