- 45 minute Salt Therapy with Guided Breath & Meditation Session/ Sound Healing

- Optional Crystal Grid or Roll-On workshop at the end - Learn about crystal grids and how to use them! **Crystals, roll-ons and grids will be available in the studio that day. You do not need to bring anything for this.
*Please arrive a few minutes early as we will lock the front door for this exclusive event and begin at 11:00 am inside the Salt Room. Anyone arriving after 11:00 will not be able to enter the studio until after the meditation is complete.
*Refreshments and connection will begin around 12:00
*Workshops will begin around 12:30
We will close the experience around 1:00 pm - Although you are never rushed to leave Sole, if you have to plan for specific time frames, you can plan to be complete by 1:00 :) <3
