Collaboratory Impact Investing Program is a low interest loan program for startup and developing enterprises that have products, services, and a triple-bottom-line (people, planet, profit) program strategy that have a significantly positive impact on the community. This is an initial intake form to collect basic information about organizations that have interest in the program, however, there are several more steps in the qualification and due diligence process which may take significant amount of time to get through.
