In order to participate, you must agree to the reservation, cancelation, and refund policy:

A spot in the class is only guaranteed when payment for the class is provided. Space is allocated on a first come, first serve basis. You can be bumped from a class if you have requested a spot, but have not paid for it before the class fills up. Class is limited to 6 participants.

A 100% refund will be provided if cancelation notice is received at least 5 calendar days before that class start time.

A 50% refund will be provided if cancelation notice is received less than 5 calendar days, but more than 3 calendar days before that class start time.

No refund will be issued for cancellation received is received with less than 3 calendar days before that class start time.

In order to maintain fair and accurate records cancellations will only accepted via email: info@barklandia-pdx.com.
