Friday, December 6th:
Meet -N- Greet for authors, models, PA's, attending vendors and ETBB staff. This is not mandatory. Location will be determined later.
Saturday, December 7th:
Check-in will begin at 9am and the signing will open to VIP's at 12:30 and General Admission will be allowed entry at 1pm.
**It will depend on the if the venue is booked or not; on if we can do early set-up the night before. If we can't you will have 3 & 1/2hrs to set-up from 9am to 12:30 day of the event.
Prices:
The tables are 6ft and big enough for 1 or 2 authors depending on if you prefer to have a table to yourself or share. There is a Non-Refundable deposit of $50, this is to hold your table. You can do payments; your remaining balance will be divided out to no more than $50 each month. You can have a PA and models. The first PA is free for additional PA's and models it will be $30 each. The remaining balance will come due in May 2024. FULL BALANCE WILL NEED TO BE PAID October 1, 2024 **Deposit ($50) is non-refundable.
Full Table (6ft) - $200
Two Full Tables (6ft each) $300
Half Table (4ft) - $150
If you sign-up after October 1, 2024, you will need to have your balance paid in FULL by November 18, 2024
Over Night Accommodations:
The venue itself has numerous cottages for you to stay in. You can group up with fellow attending authors and stay together. There is a two-night minimum in order to get the discounted price. Otherwise, you will have to pay the full price. To book a cottage you will need to call Mill Creek Ranch Resort and tell them you are with East Texas Book Bash to get the discount.
Executive- $185.00 + tax per night (sleeps up to 6 with extended outdoor space)
Lofted - $175.00 + tax per night (sleeps up to 6)
Non– lofted- $155.00 + tax (sleeps up to 4)
RV Sites $40 night
