Each Junior Member requires an adult to join as a Family Member via a separate form (for siblings, only one adult need join).

You'll then be able to enjoy the clubhouse at any time as a family.


Please note, due to high demand there is a waiting list for U4, U5, U6, U7 and U8.  We cap numbers so that there is enough space for everyone to have a great cricket experience.

Hard Ball Cricket Only ( U10 - U15)  :   Please confirm that your child is not registered or has played for any other junior club in the season 2023/24. Note  MJCA rules state that you can only be registered and play at junior level for one club. Failure to disclose could mean suspension of membership to HHCC. *

MEDICAL CONSENT:
I consent that in an emergency situation the club may act in loco parentis to provide emergency aid and/or medical treatment. 
I also understand that all reasonable steps will be taken to contact me or named adult above.

I understand & take responsibility that my child will have to wear a helmet with face guard/grille when batting or wicket keeping with a hardball.  *
I consent to my child using the shared adult changing facilities (for players aged 13 - 18 only). *
I consent to my child being contacted by their coach via text or email regarding fixture/meeting details (for players aged 16+). *

- it is my responsibility for the safe delivery and collection of my child/children from matches and training
- HHCC does not have responsibility for my child outside the coaching session, game or function.

I consent to the Club photographing or videoing my involvement in cricket under the T&Cs in the Club policy.

Data Protection
The Club will only use the information provided on this form (together with other information it obtains about the player) to administer their cricketing activity at the Club and in any activities in which they participate through the Club, and to care for and supervise activities in which they are involved.

In some cases this may require the Club to disclose the information to County Boards, Leagues and to the England and Wales Cricket Board.
 
In the event of a medical issue or child protection issue arising, the Club may disclose certain information to doctors or other medical specialists and/or to police, children’s social care, the Courts and/or probation officers and potentially to legal and other advisors involved in an investigation.
 
The club will not pass on personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
