This survey aims to gather an insight on how periods are viewed in the student community of Nagoya University. We will ask questions about period perception and experience. Please answer honestly and completely so we can have an accurate result.  

このアンケートは、名古屋大学の学生が生理（月経）をどのようにとらえているか調べることを目的としています。私たちは生理に対する「認識」と生理に於ける「経験」について質問をします。正確な結果が得られるよう、すべての質問に対し正直に答えてください。

This survey should take you about 5-10 minutes to finish. Please remember that there are no right or wrong answers. We will not share any personal information to any third parties. There are two sections. The first is on your perception of period and the second is on your experience (if it applies).
