📢ABOUT DON ADAMSKI Provide consulting and development services to physicians, leadership, and employees at all levels of the organization. Consulting activities range from coaching physicians and leaders, facilitating departmental interventions for improved leadership development and improved employee performance and satisfaction, and guiding change management efforts during mergers and acquisitions, as well as other system-wide activities (i.e.: EPIC, ERI). A leader in the development, delivery, and promotion of all employee engagement efforts throughout the system. Perform analysis and interpretation of data and then develop strategies that contribute to improved employee engagement metrics in business units and multiple departments. Provide EAP services and critical stress Debriefings throughout the system. Cultivate relationships with executives in all business units to create the ability to deliver strategies for use in transforming their leadership teams and help to foster true cultural transformation within various business units.
