Please fill out this form if you wish to be a Primary for a weekend of the Sherwood Forest Faire Demo, note that each sponsoring group needs to ensure 2 primaries for a weekend. Primaries are responsible for setup, tear down, management of the booth, and ensuring that at least 1 primary is in the booth at all times. Primaries must be present at least 2 days throughout the fair. We also request that all primaries that can be in attendance the weekend of March 4-5 so we can give an orientation and ensure receipt of your badges.
