An adult must be present in order for a Pre-K, Kindergartner, or 1st Grade student to be released at a bus stop. If you would like the student to be released with their sibling (2nd grade or higher), submit the following information.

By submitting this authorization I understand the following (check each one): *

If the 2nd grade or higher sibling is not present, the younger sibling will not be released.

I will explain to all siblings the responsibility of getting off together at the bus stop.

If there is no adult present when the 1st grade and under is the only one on the bus, the student will be returned to the campus for pick-up.
