Thank you for your interest in participating as a small supplier for the Multicultural Marketplace Exhibition for the inaugural Power of Partnership Stewardship Summit! This is your opportunity to meet face-to-face industry representatives to promote and sell your tour products and experiences to grow your business.
In an effort to help remove any barriers to participation as an exhibitor, we are pleased to offer $1,000 grants to cover hotel expenses and Summit registration fees. If you meet the eligibility requirements below, please complete the grant application below for consideration to receive a grant. A limited number of grants are available on a first-come, first-serve basis so apply today!
*IMPORTANT: If your company's annual revenue exceeds $250K, you can still apply to exhibit, without receiving a grant.
Grant eligibility requirements include:
- Less than $250,000 annual revenue in 2022;
- Less than three full-time employees;
- Business in operation for at least two (2 years) and is currently active in the marketplace;
- Business owner identifies as Black, indigenous or person of color (BIPOC) or business is 51% owned by an owner that identifies as BIPOC;
- Business may or may not be a member/partner of its local DMO/CVB;
- Business owner or company representative can attend Summit and participate in all scheduled buyer meetings from Monday-Wednesday (Oct. 16-18);
- Supplier agrees to participate in mandatory Pre-Summit Supplier Travel Trade Readiness Workshops in September; and
- Supplier agrees to confirm participation by submitting airline ticket receipt to exhibit@powerofpartnershipsummit.com by September 30, 2023.
