As companies that pay higher than average dividends, REITs are a reliable option for me to build my dividend income stream.

In this sharing session, I will share important criteria on how to read REITs' financial report, important aspects in the REIT business that I have learned in my own journey.

My goal from this sharing session is to share the relevant skillsets and decision-making process so one could adopt and make their own, independent decisions without having to rely on rumors, news and tips.
