A main goal of PTSO is to serve the school.  We feel it is time to evaluate how After Prom fits into that option. We would appreciate  your input.

After Prom is an event for Juniors and Seniors.  PTSO provides a safe and fun environment with food and prizes, open from 12 am  till 3 or 4 am.   Tickets must be purchased, however, the event is largely funded by PTSO and donations from the community.   This is our largest expense each year.  

One of the reasons for reevaluation is the interest of students to attend has been decreasing over the years.  This trend was noted prior to Covid.   A lot goes into making this event happen.  It not only takes a large amount of funds but also requires many volunteers.    The number of adults willing and able to volunteer is also a concern.

With so few participating, we are considering this may not be the best use of funds we make throughout the year.   We would appreciate your thoughts as we determine how to move forward.
