This information will help us guide you through the process of evaluating if CAP is an organization you wish to join and the application process. If multiple members of your family are interested in joining our squadron please fill out the information for the best point of contact. There is a spot down at the bottom to add the names of additional members and what CAP membership they are interested in.

What is the best way to contact you?

If the potential member is a minor please fill out this and the next two questions for the parent, guardian, or adult point of contact. CAP takes cadet protection very seriously and prefers that senior members (adults) do not have one-on-one communication with a cadet (minor). However, they are welcome to be apart of any communications.
