LGMD Awareness Foundation and Coalition to Cure Calpain 3 want to hear from you! If you have LGMD and participated in clinical research, such as a natural history study, an observational study, or a clinical trial, please answer the questions below to share about your experience. If you have participated in multiple studies, you can fill out the form more than once.
