The Maintenance Department will pick up Yard Waste on Mondays and Fridays each week. The Town will dispose of plant clippings that have been bundled or bagged in such a way that they can be easily picked up by one person. The Town will not dispose of tree branches greater than 3 inches in diameter or 3 feet in length, animal waste nor any bags that contain residential waste. There may be a fee for any pick up larger than two (2) trash cans full.

The Maintenance Department will also pick up Bulk Trash for a fee. The Town will dispose of appliances, furniture, carpet (cut and bundled so it can be carried by one person),  and metal items not to exceed 50 pounds each. Please note, the Town will not dispose of any items that are the result of an eviction or moving out, residents will need to remove these items themselves or make arrangements with their landlord. The Town will not dispose of any hazardous materials, construction/demolition debris, nor animal waste.

In the event that a holiday falls on the normal collection day, the following business day will be the day items are collected.

Please do not put your yard waste or bulk items on the curb until the evening before the collection day. During high volume times, it may take the Maintenance Department several days to pick up all the bulk trash & yard waste through out Town.
