Please be aware that to request a late bus for your child, you must complete this form between midnight (12:00 a.m.) and 10:00 a.m. on the day that the late bus is needed. After 10 a.m., the form will be closed and will reopen again at 12 a.m. for next day requests. You must request a late bus each day that one is needed.
