The Frazier School District is collecting information for planning purposes. Please complete the following form if you have a child that will be 3 or 4 years old by Sept. 1, 2021 within the Frazier School District.

You are likely eligible for Pre-K Counts if:                        Your child is between the ages of 3 and 4 and                         you meet the following income guidelines based on your family’s size and income. Your gross annual family income must be less than 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Look below to see whether you’re likely to qualify for Pre-K Counts based on your child's age and the number of people in your family and how much you make.

Does the 1/2 day Pre-K Program work with your schedule? Morning Pre-K 8:45-11:15 (5 days per week) or Afternoon Pre-K 12:15-3:15 (5 days per week). ** Please note - transportation is NOT provided. *
