The Williams County Land Reutilization Corporation "Land Bank" (WCLRC)  will receive sealed bids for the services to demolish two (2) commercial properties in downtown Montpelier, Ohio.

Please fill out the following information below to be added to the plan holders list and be notified of any anndendums. 

Bids will be received in the Williams Co. Treasure's office located at 1 Courthouse Square, Bryan, Ohio, 43506 and will  be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids received after 9:30 a.m. (local time) will be returned unopened.
