Return to School Preference Update for the 2020-2021 School Year
In July, FCPS surveyed parents to determine their preference for their student's learning (virtual or in-person learning) for the 2020-2021 school year. As FCPS prepares to bring additional student groups back to school for in-person instruction in the near future, we wanted to provide an opportunity for parents to indicate whether their preference for their student has remained the same or changed.

Parents, please use this form to indicate whether your preference has stayed the same or changed since the original survey in July. Please complete this form for each student you have enrolled in FCPS. If we do not receive a response from you, we will honor your original request as indicated in July 2020. If you are changing your status from virtual to in-person learning, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on the availability of staff and space.

This form must be completed by November 6, 2020. If we do not receive a response by November 6, 2020, your original choice from the July, 2020 survey will stand.
