Our mission is to bring together individuals and resources to assist, educate, and empower our communities to improve the quality of life for anyone affected by issues of aging, dementia and/or caregiving. All should have equal access to resources that will achieve this mission regardless of age, race, sex and creed.

The Network Meets bi-monthly on 3rd Tuesday 8:00am - 9:00am
Note that sub-committees may meet outside of that date/time.

We will use this form as a way to keep a contact record of those who are a part of a current subcommittee and for those who would like to join a subcommittee. Responses and contact info can be changed after being submitted.

Fundraising - Plan, collaborate, and/or assist with event fundraising for the Wolf River Dementia Care Network (WR DCN).

Community and Facility Education - Provide or assist with evidence based educational seminars/courses to the community members and organizations.

Dementia Friendly Community - Provide or assist with Purple Angel training of businesses and promote Dementia awareness to the communities in the WR DCN.

Wolf River Memory Cafes - Host/conduct/assist with Memory Cafes in providing activities for those community members that have memory concerns.

Caregiver and Family Education Network - Provide or assist with presenting educational programming, supporting caregivers, and facilitating support groups in the WR DCN.
