ADVERTISING CONDITIONS AND FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
All artwork is the responsibility of the Advertiser. If artwork needs to be altered and/or developed, additional charges will be billed to the Advertiser.
This Advertising Space Insertion Order is binding once submitted. Any change in ownership or management does not dissolve any financial obligation.
Advertiser and/or its agent is responsible for all content of said advertisement, including but not limited to text, representation, illustration and the like.
Advertiser will hold Publisher harmless for any claims arising out of the publication of any advertisement that heretofore has been approved in writing prior to publication. Publisher will not be held responsible for any typographical errors that may render any advertisement valueless, unless approved changes were requested and not made in writing prior to publication.
Advertiser will be shown a proof of any advertisement and is responsible for noting changes or or before DECEMBER 13, 2019. If a second proof is required, Publisher will make that copy available to Advertiser prior to the proof deadline date.
Verbal agreements are not binding in the advertising sales of the directory.
All payments for any advertising in the 2020 Cypress Chamber of Commerce Business Directory must be made prior to the final proof date. Otherwise, Publisher reserves the right to take whatever means necessary to collect all charges and Advertiser will be held responsible for any fees or charges Publisher might incur in the collection of said debt.
Please Note: Your Ad space will not be secured until full payment is received and processed. Acceptable payment types include cash, check or credit card.
