This nominee takes pride in volunteering for the program, and exhibits a passion for working and empowering 4-H youth to do their best.  Please answer the questions to nominate a deserving 4-H Volunteer of the Year!

Nominations are due Friday, October 7. Nominations will be reviewed by 4-H Staff and the winner will be announced at the 4-H Achievement Night on October 18.
