2024 Synod Meals
Meal Packages
On the first page of the order form there are packages of meals available. Meal packages include Tuesday Dinner through Thursday Dinner. Select the appropriate number for the meal packages you need. You are not required to purchase a meal package and will also have the option to purchase meals a la carte on this form. 

*Please note: ONA will be hosting a breakfast Wednesday morning and PAK7 will be hosting a breakfast Thursday morning. If you plan on attending either of these, there will be no charge to you, however this means that you should select your meals individually rather than purchasing a meal package.

(Example: for 2 adults for Tuesday Dinner to Thursday Dinner choose 2 on the Adult Package section and move to the second page to submit and make payment or select more individual meals if needed) 

Individual Meals
Individual Daily Meals are listed on the second page by day and price point. If you are not purchasing any individual meals, you may hit the Submit at the bottom of the second page right away. 

*Please note: If you are attending the ONA Wednesday breakfast or PAK7 Thursday breakfast, you will not need to select or pay for that meal.

(Example: for 2 adults for Monday Dinner: you would select 2 from the dropdown menu on Monday Adult Dinner and the total charge for those meals will be displayed beside the quantity chosen. For 2 Children Monday Dinner, select 2 from the dropdown menu. Infant/Toddler on Monday Dinner, select 2 from the dropdown menu. Do each of these until you have the desired number/type of meals you want then continue to Submit) 

Submitting Form and Payment

After selecting all meals/meal plans and providing the information you will select Submit at the bottom of the second page and it will direct you to make your payment. If you are charging your meals to your church/group/room you will still need to select Submit so your order can be generated. We will not be able to process unsubmitted orders. 

Meal ticket purchases are non-refundable after Friday, May 24, 2024.

*Additional Information*
  • For Infants/Toddlers (Ages 0-3) all meals are free but do require ticket selection for meals/days for staffing and food ordering purposes
  • Currently planned meals will be Monday Dinner through Friday Breakfast to accommodate those that will be arriving early or leaving late. 
  • Full meal packages only include Tuesday Dinner through Thursday Dinner for the regular conference period. 
  • Available meals are subject to change.
  • We are unable to provide menus in advance, but are happy to answer any questions regarding food allergies and special dietary needs.
