• Rate is $275 for the season OR $35/day.
• IF PAYING FOR THE SEASON: a $75 non-refundable DEPOSIT to hold all seasonal spaces is due once application approval has been issued. An email will be sent with instructions for payment at this time. $200 season balance should be paid on or before the first market day.
• IF PAYING PER DAY; 35$ day fee is due the Monday prior to the booked date. Allows for 2 weather deferrals/season.
• This is an open-air, outdoor market. Queen Street will be closed from Grafton - Dorchester to create a pedestrian friendly atmosphere.
• All Food service vendors must have the appropriate Provincial Environmental Health License. Please submit a copy at the time of application. The original document must be available for inspection on site. Failure to do so will result in suspension from the market. • Vendors are responsible for ensuring the safety of their products and must follow all applicable Provincial and Federal regulations for their respective products.
• All vendors must adhere to the market Code of Conduct. Failure to do so will result in suspension.
• Electricity must be requested at the time of booking as the number of outlets is limited. Priority will be given to those who need to keep food at safe temperatures. All who require electricity must bring a 3 prong-grounded extension cord. Outlets are standard household voltage (120v) and can run only a limited number of appliances.
• The market runs rain or shine. If you feel you cannot attend due to weather, please email management before 8:00 a.m. on Market Day. In the extreme occurrence that the market is canceled it will be posted on our Facebook page by 8:00 a.m.
• We understand summertime is busy and you may not be able to attend each Sunday. Please notify management by email or phone as early as possible, no less than a week in advance. If you miss two (2) markets in a row without giving notice you will need to re-book your space.
• We encourage vendors to bring proper signage so customers can identify your booth and products.
• Every effort will be made to place vendors in their requested space; however, management reserves the right to move vendors if it so decides.
• Spaces are approximately 10 ft. Variation may occur depending on space location.
• VENDORS MUST HAVE A COVID OPERATIONAL PLAN IF REQUIRED BY PUBLIC HEALTH
