Call for Exhibitors at the National Symposium in May 2023

The Canadian Unitarian Council (CUC) expects approximately 300 people will attend one or more in-person events at the National Symposium on Living into the 8th Principle. The symposium will be held on the Ottawa campus of Algonquin College from May 19 to 21, 2023. 

We invite vendors and exhibitors to reserve a table display or sell their merchandise during the symposium. Artwork, children's books, CDs, fair trade items, handcrafted jewelry or clothing, and natural and organic products are examples of merchandise of interest to those attending. Attendees will also appreciate information about educational and leisure programs in southern Ontario or in other Canadian locations.

Exhibitors will be given 6 foot tables and two chairs; they must bring their own table cloths, display boards or extension cords if needed. If exhibitors plan to sell merchandise, the cost for each table for the weekend will be $125; there is no cost to book a table for display purposes only.

The CUC is not able to provide storage or security for your table’s contents, so please make sure you have arrangements in place.
