Instructions to shelter staff:

1. Caller to shelter has kittens they want to surrender to shelter.
2. If the caller has the mother/father of kittens, The Fix Is In will fix the parent/s free of charge; complete the questions below.

3. We realize shelters may have restrictions on what animals they will intake based on contracts. In order to help reduce cat overpopulation, we encourage shelters to consider using the following guidelines for this "free parent fix:"

A. Caller lives in contracted area and is willing to get parent/s fixed through this program - waive or reduce any fee associated with kitten surrender.

B. Caller does not live in contracted area, but is willing to get parent/s fixed through this program -- intake kittens at no charge
