Hello and thank you for your interest in applying for RPGold!

RPGold is a list of talented writers whose samples have been vetted by a panel of judges on technical ability, characterization, content, and overall atmosphere. All applicants are given a unique number code and judged on an anonymous basis to help reduce potential personal bias from the judges against the applicants.

The waiting period should be no more than two weeks, though it can take longer depending upon the number of pending applications. You may request an application status from the staff after one week has passed via our contact us form on the website or the #ask_the_staff channel on our Discord server.

Pending approval, your gold status is denoted by a gold star next to your name on The List and a special [rpgold] tag on our Discord server that turns your name gold. If your application is denied, you will be notified via email with constructive criticism (if you opt into it) from our judges intended to give you insight into the areas of improvement necessary to become a Gold member. This is not meant to be negative in any way, but to help you grow as a writer. You are welcome to reapply after three month's time.

You must be a member of the RPC website before you can apply for the Gold List.
