We are excited to offer our ECO event at Connon Nurseries, Waterdown. This time around, it will be an epic 2 day event :) Friday April 24, from 6pm-9pm, AND Saturday April 25, from 10am-3pm. We are planning for a great event within a beautiful natural green space, in celebration of Earth Day and Arbor Day!

8x4 tables and burlap table clothes will be provided and designed by the hosts (Simply Green Mums & Connon Nurseries). This event will be amongst the beautiful indoor greenhouse which will hold 40+ vendors.

I understand that $100 dollars total for both days (per vendor spot) is required for this event, advertising, and table rental. My Non-refundable payment is required seven (7) days after acceptance of application, or I will surrender my spot. *

I agree to arrive Friday night by 5pm to set up all necessary items for the event so I am fully prepared to start by 6pm Friday night. I will also be responsible for the take down of my set up at 3pm on Saturday and be more than ready to leave when the Nursery closes at 5pm. *

I have an involved set up, so expect me to arrive promptly at 5pm on Friday

My set up is minimal, and I have a good crew helping, so I should be there between 5.15pm-5.30pm on Friday

I understand and will follow, comply and respect the guidelines and restrictions of the grounds of Connon Nurseries. *

Yes, I will be sure to respect and follow rules and regulations of the facility. I will insure I place waste in the appropriate bin and respect all living things in the nursery

I understand that by participating in the SIMPLY GREEN MUMS event, I am exhibiting my work at my own risk. Simply Green Mums or Connon Nurseries will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items or for personal injury or death. *
