Thank you for your interest to partner with AWIH.  In order for us to determine how your organization fits our mission, please  fill out the form below to the best of your ability .  For NON-PROFIT PARTNERSHIPS, your organization or the organization that you are nominating must fit the following criteria:
***Registered 501c3
***Organization that does work for people including: and/or represents local women in the healthcare field or pursuing a career path in the health care field (high school and up).
****Should be in need of awareness or volunteers for a specific program, event, purpose or cause.

Aspiring Women in Health responds to submissions on a monthly basis. Please allow 4-5  weeks for us to review. An Ambassador will reach out to you within that time! Thank you.
