This survey is part of our work to 'raise the bar for MS' nationally (RtB4MS).

One of the campaigns of the workstream focusing on healthy lifestyles and wellness is to encourage a more holistic view of health and wellness for people with MS. We want to find out how often general health checks and lifestyle and wellness discussions form part of your work with MS patients.

We also want to find out how much people with MS self-monitor their general health and work to improve or maintain their overall wellbeing. This spans physical, mental and emotional. shift.MS has put out a survey to their MSers about this.

We have a simple campaign to encourage both more professional monitoring, and more self-monitoring, and would love to share our resources with you if you would like help putting some lifestyle and wellness focus into your service or centre's practice.
