Tons of combos, drills, techniques, exercises and methodologies!!

These classes are great for jumping in randomly into mixed levels to challenge, upgrade and polish the forgotten details. Everything is broken down meticulously, in gradual progression, explained and practiced a number of times. You will get to learn some amazing combos, arm patterns, layers, basic techniques, advance techniques with some travel options + very focused warm up for each session, mobility drills, newer ways of approaching movements and answers to very helpful live questions + some extra cool stuff and rarely shared and explored teachings. There’s a tonnnn of dancing!! All of it will hugely benefit your choreographies and improvisations + the intense warm up in each class will improve your flexibility balance and strength as belly dancers. You will also see how Dipika thinks, plans classes, looks while teaching, has fun, shares stories, offers visualisations and corrections and enjoys her teaching process!

The recordings have two options. The first one is Beginner Intermediate level (for dancers dancing for a few months to two years). The second is Intermediate Advance level (for dancers dancing for two years and more). Please select which one you would like to sign up for and mention it in the mail along with the screenshot. Both have the same price.
