Please complete this form if your child is interested in checking out books from the Rippleside Media Center during the distance learning time. Books will be checked out by library staff twice a week and brought to the office for pick up or sent on homework delivery days (Mondays) on the bus. BUS OPTION IS FOR CURRENT MEAL/HOMEWORK DROP-OFFS ONLY. Students must have all their previous books returned and in good standing to get new books from the library. Returned books will be "quarantined" for 5 days before being checked out again. Please know popular titles such as Dog Man are in high demand and may not be available.
