IMPORTANT: If you sign up for the first shift of the night please show up 15min before the session so that we can make you host :)  

1) CO-FACILITATE SLOT DURING CLOSING SESSION ON THE 13TH OF DEC:
The Closing Session will be the last event of the festival. This will wrap up the month and hopefully involve some discussions on the way forward. We need you to step up to co-facilitate the following sessions - we are of course open to new suggestions!

* 17:40-18:10 CET ~  Feedback session: feedback that can help next year’s organisers, how to make the festival more accessible

* 18:20 - 19:50 CET ~ Future of Cutie.BIPoC discussion (what's the focus of the festival, which directions do we want to move towards and what responsibility will be taken by each of us individually, how to reach more cuties outside of Europe/North America etc., what needs to be done in the time between festivals individually and collectively…)

* 19:50 - 20:20 CET ~ Finding the team that will organise next year's festival: people connecting with each other and brainstorming on how next year’s festival will happen

2) HOST of main Zoom space during Cutie Hangouts: being in the main space during your shift to assist moving attendees to breakout rooms if needed! You dont have to prepare anything - just show up on time! :)

3) FACILITATE BREAK OUT ROOM SESSIONS:

Cutie.BIPoC is a Do It Together festival and the orga team wants to make sure that more people get the chance to involve themselves in the festival. We really want these spaces to be formed by everyone attending the festival, so we're asking those who want to have this weekly space to sign up to take charge of the spaces. The remaining Cutie Hangouts will be happening on November 29th (18:00-21:00 CET), December 6th (18:00-21:00 CET), and December 14th (20:30-22:00 CET). Once you have signed up we will be putting you in contact with other people who want to organise on the same days as you.

Cutie Hangouts will be open meetings with breakout rooms.
Below are some suggestions for activities/themes/topics, but we encourage you to contribute and to create the rooms you would like to see.
