TRANSCRIPT REQUEST
If you currently attend or previously attended Santa Teresa High School and are requesting a Transcript please fill out this form.  

 Please note that you will only be contacted if there are any issues, transcripts will automatically be sent to the requested location.

**Official transcripts can NOT be emailed to personal accounts. They can be sent directly to schools, colleges, places of work, or a home. Official transcripts can be picked up at STHS if requested, you must have an ID to prove it is you. Only the student may request their transcript. Unofficial transcripts can only be sent to CURRENT students. **

Please allow a minimum of 48hrs for the request to be processed. It may take up to 5 days for the request to be processed.

DO NOT REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT UNLESS THE COLLEGE HAS REQUESTED IT.
CSU or UC Schools:  Students do not need to request a transcript UNLESS it is an application requirement for a special program. CSU and UC do NOT accept transcripts as part of the initial application process.

Common Applications/Send EDU:  Students do not need to request a transcript. Your counselor will upload the transcript when they complete your common application.

Out of State & Private Schools:  Non CSU, UC, or schools not using Common App, such as private colleges and universities and schools out of state may require a copy of your transcript. Please consult their website to determine if a transcript is necessary.

*DIPOLMAS* We do not keep copies of Diplomas.
