Registration Form for Individuals

Musedics is an international instrumental and choral ensemble program, bringing young people from all Wover the world together to make music and build strong relationships.

The cost per semester is $180 for the first student, and $150 for a sibling living in the same household. A $25 non-refundable deposit per student is due to register. Full payment is due before classes begin, unless alternate arrangements are made. A separate form is needed for each child.

The cost for all Ukrainian students will be underwritten by sponsors for this year.  

AGES:  All students ages 12 - 18. The minimum age is 12 by December 1 of the enrollment year.

REQUIREMENTS:  Each student will be expected to submit multiple selfie videos and will need an internet connection, a smartphone, tablet or computer, and earphones. Students will receive a confirmation after completing this form. Students also need a quiet place, away from other family members and interruptions where they can participate in the rehearsals.

PHOTO RELEASE: Music Camp International reserves the right to use pictures and video footage for printed and digital materials. Completion of this registration form and participation in Musedics certifies your agreement of this photo release.
