During the summer months, we spend numerous hours on class placement. Each child is considered individually in order to make the best placement possible. We value parental input as we formulate our placement lists because we consider you to be a valuable member of our team. All information will be considered before class lists are finalized.  Parents who wish to share information regarding their child’s placement may fill out this form below and submit it no later than Friday, June 18, 2021. All responses are only viewed by the principal and assistant principal and remain confidential.

In order to ensure the best possible learning environment for each child, we WILL NOT be able to honor requests for specific teachers by name for the next school year. Please remember that some of our current staff may be changing grade levels or schools, and some may be moving or retiring. You may, however, give input on the teaching style that you feel would work best with your child. If you feel strongly that your child should be separated from another student, indicating so on this form would be beneficial. We will do our best to comply with your wishes.
