Monday, July 5, Registration and entry fees are due.

Friday, July 30, Information for labels due, along with your photo of your artwork (optional- if you want in on the website)

Monday, August 16, Artwork drop-off 4:00 to 8:00 at **HARLEY FARMS**, 205 North Street, Pescadero. (new location)

Friday, August 20, Opening Reception & Art Preview 6:00 to 7:00, Gala 7:00 to 9:00.

Saturday & Sunday, August 21-22,  SCAA 2021 Art Show.

Registration is open to residents within the Tunitas Creek—Skyline—Davenport coastal area unless specifically approved by the SCAA.

Artists may show up to 3 recently created ( 2016+) and exhibition-ready artworks.

3 REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL ADULT EXHIBITORS

1) Actively participate on one committee, (or more if you like)

2) Host the show for two hours, either Saturday, 08/21 or Sunday, 08/22. Sign up for your shift during art drop-off, Monday, 08/16, 4:00 to 8:00.

3) Prepare home-made hors d’oeuvres for the opening night, Friday, 08/20 or contribute $20.

Committee Selection
All exhibiting artists actively participate on one committee. We do our best to accommodate your choices.
We will send more details about your specific committee choice duties, once assigned.  To offer timeline examples or insights:

*Duties to prep for fixtures, hanging, and show installation happen during the week preceding the show.  
*There is clean up just before and then after the show.
*There are sales duties for tickets before the show.
*Website prep that would start in July.
*Raffle delivery which woudl be after the show.
