2024  Jonathan's Farm summer CSA Sign-up


To sign up please fill out this form and submit payment by following the instructions below.  

Please note: 

Your spot will only be secured once your deposit/or full payment has been received.

How to Pay:

You may pay the full amount at once, or send in a deposit of $50 plus 2 post dated cheques or subsequent etransfers  (dated May 1 and June 1) totalling to the remainder of your chosen share’s price.

1. Pay by cheque:  Please make sure to include the name of the person whom the share is for on or with your cheque.(See below for cheque payment details.)

2. Pay by email money transfer: Send either full payment or instalments by email money transfer to:  jonathansfarm@gmail.com and make password :'veggies'   If the e- transfer is coming from an account other than the name on the sign up form please send me an email indicating who the payment is from and for.  

3. Paypal/credit card  - There is a 3% surcharge for this.  Please fill out this form and then complete purchase in our online store: https://jonathansfarm.myshopify.com/
