Description of the job and tasks.

The ideal candidate would be a proficient multitasker who can handle keeping track of priority tasks in high paced situations as well as be self motivated to continue and prioritize tasks during slower times without being micromanaged. The priority time slot that we are looking to fill for is on weekends (Friday-Sunday) with a focus being on Saturday's 10am-10pm.The ideal candidate would be flexible not only in their time availability but task over seeing as well. Working with the public in an entertainment facility we can have very sudden jumps in demand and quick pivots in needs...we are looking for someone who can adjust to those demands on the fly quickly and effectively.

The ideal candidate would be able to handle all tasks in the bullet points below but we will consider hiring based upon the ability to fill certain tasks well. Pay and raises will be reflective on the ability to handle the number of tasks required

Below are some of the tasks that could be needed during a normal shift

-Front desk worker (check in/greet customers, collect payment, monitor cameras, oversee time, staff and tasks)

-Runner/guide: (take customers to their activities and oversee them, go over rules, safety gear and make sure they are properly fitted and have rooms properly setup and reset...overseeing the general flow of customers in and out of the building and tending to all of their needs while here)

-General Laborer: (A behind the scenes worker who is assisting everyone with all work that is not customer facing, they are the swiss army knives of workers and may be asked to do an array of tasks depending on the need at the time...some of these include helping with laundry, cleanliness organization, stock supply, room setup and reset, minor maintenance, trash, and room cleanout. This will require a lot of work on feet as well as a fair amount of lifting. This may not always be work that is needed during business hours and could be done before open or after close depending on the need at the time)

-Shift manager- Someone who is doing a combinational of the tasks above plus more admin work depending on their skillset and experience. This position would be able to work single sessions alone, and oversee a full team during a heavy traffic day and see that all tasks and operations run smoothly.

It is likely that a worker may start with a primary tasks but will be asked to help in all of the above tasks listed in one degree or another as need may be. With this being a new business and one that is always changing and improving tasks and job requirements may change over time as the business grows and expands.
