This form is designed to allow venue partners (school, activity provider and community centres/organisations) to express an interest in providing Holiday Activities & Food in collaboration with the Hubb Foundation during the Christmas 2023 Half-Term (Wednesday 27th December - Friday 5th January). Initially, the form should be completed by each venue lead where the provision is taking place.  

Once completed we will liaise with each venue to discuss the next steps, and link with specific activity partners, and other external services such as food catering & enrichment providers to confirm provision.
