Please note that we are taking the necessary measures to ensure the Annual Bearded Vulture Meeting 2022 takes place in the safest environment possible, taking all the necessary COVID-19 precautions according to the relevant guidelines. We also expect the participants do the same.
To participate in the event and travel in Italy, participants must assume all risks associated with COVID-19 (unless in any way caused by the negligence of the organizers).
Furthermore, participants must:
- Follow all directions provided by staff members to adhere to safety measures
- Abide by all government guidance aimed at preventing the transmission of the virus (details of which can be accessed via the following link
https://www.viaggiaresicuri.it/approfondimenti-insights/saluteinviaggio). Please note that these measures may be updated by the Italian government closer to the event date and must be followed.
Although we are aiming to organize a physical meeting, please bear in mind that the Meeting might get cancelled due to travel restrictions imposed by the Italian government closer to the event date.
Participants should consider COVID-19 implications when making their travel arrangements for the event (i.e. book travel insurance).
By submitting this registration form, you also agree and give permission to the organizers to process your data for the purpose of this organizing this event.
Since it is beyond our control, the Vulture Conservation Foundation and Parco Natura Viva do not hold any responsibility in the case of cancellation due to restrictions imposed by the Italian government.
Thank you.
