Thank you for nominating a representative to our AZNYI council. Our NYI Council is made up of the Executive council (Co-Presidents, Vice President, and Secretary), Event Directors (Camp, Young Adults, etc), Program Cordinators (Quizzing, CAST), and 4 representatives for Jr. High, Sr. High, Young Adult, and Adults.
The 4 reps are vital to our council providing a voice to the council to help make sure we are getting new ideas, hearing any concerns, and allowing for real time feedback from our events. As a leader, we ask that you only submit names that are active in your own community, and are willing to commit and participate in the meetings (dates below) for the most part in person. By filling out this nomination form, you are recomending the person(s) nominated, and confirming that they are able to commit to these meeting times.
The dates for meetings are:
- Thursday, May 30th - 4:30pm - Full Council Meeting
- Thursday, July 25th - 4:30pm - Full Council Meeting
- Thursday, September 26th - 4:00pm - Full Council Meeting
- Friday, December 7th - 6:00pm - Christmas Party
- Thursday, January 23th - 4:30pm - Full Council Meeting
- Thursday, March 27th - 4:30pm - Full Council Meeting
