Apply to perform at the 18th Annual Farmers' Market on Broadway held every Wednesday from May 26th to September 29th.  This year we plan to have music in multiple areas of the market with set covid safe guidelines.  Musicians must distance themselves 6 feet or more from other patrons at the market.

Performance hours are from 4-8pm May through August and 3-7pm in September.  The area by the beer garden pays $250 and the area near the North entrance of the market pays $150.

This form is for interest purposes only, contracts will be sent with official offers to perform.  Performances will be booked in April and will continue until dates have been filled.

Artist must be individually insured and sign a waiver relieving On Broadway, Inc. of any and all liability before, during and after performance.
